Bucktown's Bluebird Adds New Chef & Summer Menu
For those who don't know the folks behind Bucktown's Gastropub Bluebird located at 1749 N. Damen Avenue are also behind Telegraph. And Dave Ford, the talented sous chef of
Telegraph, has headed to Bucktown where he will now be heading up the kitchen at the Bluebird.
Ford will also be introducing a new Summer Menu. Here's a glimpse of the predominantly small plate menu with a few large plates included to round out your options:
