Join the Flat Iron Artists’ Association for its fifth annual “Now You See It and Now You Don’t” art exhibit to celebrate the arrival of Spring. The interior walls of the Flat Iron Arts Building at 1579 N. Milwaukee Avenue will transform into a lively, colorful canvas displaying a continuous flow of linear art, turning the twisting hallways into a visual artistic journey. The mural, painted by a collaboration of select Chicago artists, will be unveiled on May 2nd from 6pm-9pm and available until June 6th, when the murals will vanish and be covered over in white paint.
This neighborhood celebration is the perfect introduction to the vibrant cultural life and art scene of the Bucktown and Wicker Park neighborhoods.
